Hello everyone,
It has been quite a long time since I've had the time to sit down and write. I hope everyone is doing well. Here is a quick update: What's Brewing To meet the growing demand for Henley Gold we have been utilising spare capacity at Luxters Brewery just down the road in Hambleden. Luxters recently made headlines as the first Micro Brewery to be appointed the Royal Warrant from Her Majesty the Queen for their supply of ales to the Royal Family. The recipe for Henley Gold is quite different from any of the current line up at Luxters and Frank Bloss (head brewer) and I have each learned something from the experience of scaling up and brewing this recipe. We are continuing our search for proper premises in Henley. Special Offer / Coming Events The beer festival season is upon us and The Campaign for Real Ale is holding one at Ascot racecourse on the weekend of March 30. You will be able to sample Henley Amber and Henley Dark at the festival and we have 2 pairs of tickets for the Friday session of the festival to give away. The first two people to respond to this email (as judged by the received date in my Inbox) will win those tickets. Good luck! New Places to try Henley Gold You can now find a list of customers on the website www.rosenbrau.demon.co.uk/lovibonds/wherecanitry.htm A couple notable new customers are:
TV chef Anthony Worrall Thompson has agreed to install Henley Gold
taps in both the Lamb in Satwell and The Greyhound in Peppard.
That's all for now. As always, if you have any questions, comments, or just want to say hi, please drop us a line. Cheers, Jeff |
